    Group Tours

Thank you for your interest in Harvey Mudd College! Our group tours are led by current HMC students, who will provide an in-person overview and walkthrough of the college and its student resources. Please select a date on the calendar to view and submit a request for events at least two weeks in advance. If you are an individual, family or small group (4 people or less) looking to visit campus, please schedule a campus visit.

At this time, we do not have the capacity to provide funding for transportation and meals. Thank you for your understanding.

    Group Tour Request Eligibility Guidelines

Group tours are reserved for high schools and community-based organizations who work with students in the 9th grade level and above.

Group sizes range from a minimum of 5 guests to a maximum of 25 guests depending on your requested time. If you are interested in bringing more than 25 guests, we suggest splitting them across the other Claremont Colleges either by registering for their group tours or contacting 5cgrouptours@gmail.com. We typically encourage those interested in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) in the liberal arts college setting to visit Harvey Mudd College.

At least one adult chaperone is required per group, and the chaperone(s) must stay with the group for the entire one-hour duration of the tour. If your group is larger than 12 students, we strongly recommend at least two adult chaperones in case your group is split up. In accordance with HMC's Honor Code, we expect that all campus visitors, including student guests, are inclusive and respectful.

    Important Reminders

Your form submission serves as a reservation request and is not confirmed until it is approved by our staff, at which point you will receive a confirmation email.
