Financial Aid Application Summer Session 2025This form does not constitute add / drop or confirmation of your enrollment.Courses must be added on the Portal prior to completing this form. Financial Aid Limited need-based Harvey Mudd College scholarship assistance is available to assist participating HMC students in covering the costs of Summer Session classes. To be eligible for consideration, a student must have applied and qualified for need-based Harvey Mudd College scholarship funds during the 2024–2025 academic year and be meeting financial aid Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) requirements. Eligible students requesting financial assistance should submit their application by Friday, April 4, 2025 to be considered. Students will be notified, no later than April 11, 2025, of their eligibility for financial assistance. Note: Students and their parents should contact the Office of Financial Aid if they’re considering borrowing from federal loan programs to cover the Summer Session expenses. Enrollment in at least six credits is required for federal loan programs. Students should expect the daily workload for a three credit, 3-week course to be the equivalent of a 15 credit course load during a traditional semester. Students enrolled in a three credit, 3-week course may not be enrolled in any other course concurrently. Students may take up to two (2) three credit, 6-week courses at the same time and a maximum of three (3) total HMC Summer Session courses. Tuition is $4,250 for each 3-credit course, $2,125 for each 1.5 credit course and $1,425 for each 1-credit course.Please note the modality (remote vs in-person) for each course.
