Alumni Interview Request Form Before anything else, please keep in mind: An interview is NOT required for your application or admission to the College. It does not impact your chance for admission if you do not complete one. Important: Please complete this form with the prospective student's information. Not a prospective student? Please email us at admission@hmc.edu to request information. What is an alumni interview? We have wonderful alumni ambassadors who volunteer and are trained to conduct interviews with prospective applicants. Since interviews for our process are measured equally regardless of your interviewer (admission counselor, senior intern, or alumni ambassador), an alumni interview is a great opportunity to complete an interview and gain insight from a graduate of the College. Like interviews with an admission counselor or senior intern, all alumni interviews will be conducted online this fall. Who is eligible to request an alumni interview? You must be a prospective applicant for Fall 2026 entry to HMC. You must attend high school in the United States. You have not already completed or plan to complete an an online interview with an admission counselor or senior intern. Important Deadlines Request deadline for students planning to apply Early Decision I: October 26th Students planning to apply Early Decision I should complete interviews by: November 15th Request deadline for Early Decision II and Regular Decision: November 15th All other students should complete interviews by: December 15th Why haven't I heard back regarding my alumni interview request? If it has been more than 10 business days, please check your spam folder before emailing admission@hmc.edu. I've contacted my alumni interviewer as instructed, but I haven't heard back. What do I do? We ask our alumni to respond to you within 3 days. If it has been more than 3 days, forward the most recent email you sent your alumni interviewer to admission@hmc.edu.
