Important Dates & Deadlines

Please register and submit any required documents (including transcript and W-9S) by 5 p.m. on Thursday, May 7, 2026 for Session I, Thursday, May 28, 2026 for Session II and Wednesday, June 17, 2026 for Session III courses.

Late registrations may be considered until the week prior to start of the course. However, payment and all required documents must be received prior to being enrolled in a course.

Please note that fees for ENGR004 HM are due in full by May 1, 2026. Fees for all other summer courses are due May 10, 2026 for Session I courses, May 31, 2026 for Session II courses and June 21, 2026 for Session III courses.

Monday, May 25 (Memorial Day) and Friday, June 19 (Juneteenth) are College recognized holidays

A three credit, 3-week course is equivalent to a full course load and cannot be taken at the same time as any other course.
A degree-seeking college/university student may be registered for no more than two (2) overlapping 3-credit 6-week courses at a given time and a maximum of three (3) total HMC Summer Session courses.
- Exception: ENGR004 HM (4 credits) cannot be taken at the same time as any other course.
High school students may register in a maximum of two (2) courses during HMC Summer Session. Only one course may be taken at a given time (no overlapping schedules will be permitted). Third courses will be considered on a case by case basis.
Courses will be taught remotely or in-person as designated. Classes designated as in-person may change to remote-learning with notice.
