Important Dates & Deadlines

Please register and submit any required documents (including transcript and W-9S) by 5 p.m. on Thursday, May 8, 2025 for Session I, Thursday, May 29, 2025 for Session II and Thursday, June 18, 2025 for Session III courses.

Late registrations may be considered until the week prior to start of the course. However, payment and all required documents must be received prior to being enrolled in a course.

Fees are due in full by May 12, 2025 for Session I, June 2, 2025 for Session II and June 23, 2025 for Session III courses

Monday, May 26 (Memorial Day), Thursday, June 19 (Juneteenth) and Friday, July 4 (Independence Day) are College recognized holidays

A three credit, 3-week course is equivalent to a full course load and cannot be taken at the same time as any other course.
A degree-seeking college/university student may be registered for no more than two (2) overlapping 6-week courses at a given time and a maximum of three (3) total HMC Summer Session courses.
High school students may register in a maximum of two (2) courses during HMC Summer Session. Only one course may be taken at a given time (no overlapping schedules will be permitted). Third courses will be considered on a case by case basis.
Courses will be taught remotely or in-person as designated. Classes designated as in-person may change to remote-learning with notice.
