    FAST 2020 Application (Oct Invite)

Thank you for your interest in the 13th Annual Future Achievers in Science and Technology (virtual FAST) program!

HMC identifies the following groups as being traditionally underrepresented in STEM: women, underrepresented minorities, students from low income or rural backgrounds, students with disabilities, students who are first-generation to college.

Given that you are unable to save your progress on this form, we suggest you gather these materials before you begin filling out the FAST application.

The FAST 2020 Application requires all of the following:

    1. Essay (prompt available in "Essay" section below)
    2. Unofficial transcript/report card showing all high school grades, including final junior year grades (We accept screenshots from electronic grade book, scanned copies of report cards/progress reports, etc.)
    3. Resume highlighting extracurricular activities, honors, jobs, etc.

Use the widgets in "Application Documents" section below to upload your transcript and resume to your application. Please do NOT send these materials via email, fax, or regular mail, as we will be unable to pair them with your application.

All application materials will be collected on a rolling basis. Once we've filled all of our FAST slots we will be closing the application.

If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the Office of Admission at admission@hmc.edu.
