    FAST 2019 Application

    Thank you for your interest in the 12th Annual Future Achievers in Science and Technology (virtual FAST) program! 

    HMC identifies the following groups as being traditionally underrepresented in STEM: women, underrepresented minorities, students from low income or rural backgrounds, students with disabilities, students who are first-generation to college.


    Given that you are unable to save your progress on this form, we suggest you gather these materials before you begin filling out the FAST application.

    The FAST 2019 Application requires all of the following:

    1. Essay (prompt available in "Essay" section below)
    2. Unofficial transcript/report card showing all high school grades, including final junior year grades (We accept screenshots from electronic grade book, scanned copies of report cards/progress reports, etc.)
    3. Resume highlighting extracurricular activities, honors, jobs, etc.

    Use the widgets in "Application Documents" section below to upload your transcript and resume to your application. Please do NOT send these materials via email, fax, or regular mail, as we will be unable to pair them with your application.

    All application materials are due by Monday, August 26, 2019 at 11:59 PDT. We are unable to accept materials past the deadline.
