Financial Aid Appointments for Admitted Students

Welcome, Future Mudders!

You have reached the HMC Office of Financial Aid appointment calendar for admitted students. Please feel free to schedule an appointment to discuss any financial aid questions you may have.

• All appointments during the Admitted Student Program on April 7th and 8th are on-campus in the Office of Financial Aid.
• Appointments for the rest of April can be on-campus, as a phone call, or as a Zoom meeting.
• Schedule only one appointment as to make time for everyone. Typically, appointments are scheduled 48 hours in advance to allow our team to prepare.
• Prior to your appointment, complete and return the Release of Information form to financial_aid@hmc.edu in a PDF format.
• If you are scheduling an appointment via zoom, let us know if you would like our camera to be turned on.
