    Financial Aid Appointments for Admitted Students

    Welcome, Future Mudders!

    You've reached the HMC Office of Financial Aid appointment calendar for admitted students. Please schedule an appointment to discuss financial aid questions you may have.

    • All appointments for the Admitted Student Program (ASP) on Sunday, April 6 and Monday, April 7 are in person/on campus in the Office of Financial Aid. Students are restricted to one appointment during these two days.
    • Appointments for the rest of April can be in person/on campus, via phone or via Zoom. Students may register for another appointment after completing their active one.
    • Registration for appointments closes 48 hours in advance. This allows our team to be well-prepared for upcoming appointments.
    • For each appointment, the Release of Information Form must be completed, signed by all parties and submitted as a PDF to financial_aid@hmc.edu. Our financial aid staff needs this form in order to discuss your financial aid file with you and all attending guests (if applicable).
